Remarkable how in an age of cynicism and disbelief a character like Bear Grylls almost unassumingly becomes one of the probably most watched （billons of viewers）， most profile （connections to global world leaders and A-list celebrities） and yet remains a understated （or real） and vulnerable （yet resilient） individual。It’s hard to believe it’s true， but when reading his biographies， you want （and I do） believe him。 Such a positive and encouraging voice in times where we need it most！ Great book！
